Knipex 85 01 250mm SmartGrip Water Pump Pliers with Automatic Adjustment

Features:

Ideal for frequent changeovers to workpieces of different sizes
Automatic adjustment per one-hand operation both for right-handed and left-handed use
Good access to the workpiece thanks to the slim dimensions of head and joint area and flush joint bolt
Self-locking on pipes and nuts: no slipping on the workpiece and low hand force required
Gripping surfaces with special hardened teeth, teeth hardness approx. 61 HRC: high wear resistance and stable gripping
Box-joint design for high stability due to double guide
Guard prevents operators’ fingers being pinched
Locking lever for space-saving transport with reliably closed handles
Chrome vanadium electric steel, forged, multi-stage oil-hardened

Applications

Automatic adjustment: No time-consuming trial and error-adjusting to find the correct opening size in case of differently sized workpieces (e.g. the red highlighted nuts and fittings). Everything is done with a single grasp.
