Features:

• Trend LOCK/JIG/A Large Lock Recessing Jig For routing the face-plate and mortise for larger locks quickly and accurately
• Suitable for DDA (Disabilty Discrimination Act) lock size
• 20 mm x 235 mm radius end face plate and 17 mm x 170 mm mortise
• Adaptor plate included to allow smaller templates to be fitted
• Suitable for doors 34 mm to 58 mm thick
• An auger bit and drill is required to complete deep mortises
• The jig requires a plunge router with a 80mm plunge, fitted with a 30 mm guide bush with 6 mm spigot and 12 mm diameter long reach cutter

• Maximum Door Thickness: 58 mm
• Face-plate Template Radius 1: 20 x 235 mm
• Face-plate Template Radius 1: 24 x 235 mm
• Mortise Template (A*): 17 x 170 mm

*Mortise is actually 180 mm to give 5 mm clearance each end
