The TS5420 Adjustable Needle Valve is designed to dispense very precise deposits over a wide range of shot sizes, down to 0.003cc. This valve is a pneumatically triggered single-acting valve that can be used with an internal spring close (single acting) or may be connected for air closing without the spring (double acting). An external stroke control adjustment makes it easier for the operator to fine-tune shot sizes. The TS5420’s compact design and easy-mount threaded hole allows for easy integration into automated applications. The valve is fully adaptable for use with Techcon’s time/pressure controllers or the TS5105 Valve Controller (for double acting applications). The new TS5540 spray valves come with stainless steel construction in both air cylinder and fluid housing. A field replaceable Teflon® seat provides positive shut off and very long life cycles. The compact design and easy-mount threadedhole allow for easy integration into automated applications.
