The STIHL petrol chipper GH 370 S is a proven expert in shredding slightly thicker branches both quickly and efficiently. The Multi Cut 370 blade unit quickly shreds hard tree and hedge cuttings into chippings. The blades rotate at speeds of up to 3,000 rpm to ensure that only fine chippings are left at the end. Driven by a powerful petrol engine, the wood shredder can tackle branches up to 45 mm thick. Even branches with side shoots are easy to feed into the wood shredder through the wide, inclined feed chute.
The GH 370 S operates independently of the power supply and is therefore ideal for working on expansive or remote plots of land. It also offers good mobility for transportation purposes. Two transport wheels, a wide chassis and handles make the garden chipper easy to manoeuvre.

Integrated Tool 
On this STIHL shredder, the tool used for maintenance operations is stored in a compartment on the housing. For example, it is, therefore, possible to change a blade on the garden shredder quickly and autonomously.

Soundproof Feed Chute
The large feed chute facilitates feeding of the STIHL shredder. The soundproofed feed chute reduces working noise when shredding in the garden. The integrated spray protection provides a shield against swirling dirt.

Blades With Sandwich Construction
The special sandwich-type blade system on the STIHL shredder shreds the material with minimal vibrations.

Wide Chassis
The wide chassis ensures good stability of the STIHL garden shredder during operation and facilitates transport of the machine.

Safety Lock
The electromagnetic safety lock prevents the garden shredder from starting automatically during maintenance operations or when the blade is being changed
