Type EuroT2 material is a dual purpose rubber matting material. The two layer
construction allows it to be used as a dissipative or a conductive matting product. The soft dissipative layer makes an excellent table mat, ideal for use in soldering and assembly areas. The conductive layer provides a durable slip resistant flooring surface, ideal for use in applications requiring conductive footwear. This 100% Nitrile Butadiene Rubber material has superior resistance to abrasion, chemicals and is very easy to clean and maintain. Type EuroT2 material is heat resistant and will not produce toxic fumes if exposed to extremely high temperatures. Solder and flux will not damage the surface.

Construction: Two-layer 100% Nitrile Butadiene Rubber
Thickness: 1.8mm thick
Surface: Abrasion resistant smooth texture
Cleaning: For optimum electrical performance, surface must be cleaned regularly using an
ESD safe mat cleaner. Charleswater suggests using Reztore™ Surface & Mat
Cleaner. Do not use cleaners with silicone. Silicone build-up will create an insulative film on the surface.
Grounding: This material must be properly grounded for optimal electrical performance.
Weight: 0.2 g/cm2
Hardness: 65 Shore A
Temperature: Continuous - 121°C, Intermittent - <30 sec @ 343°C
Chemical Resistance: Resistance to degradation by inorganic acids, organic acids, reducing agents,
aliphatic hydrocarbons, mineral oil, aldehydes, and amines
