The SIP FX200 Welding Fume Extractor is a variable speed fume extractor designed to capture mid-level concentrates of welding fume pollutants. Suitable for small fabrication workshops, welding stations and automotive settings.

Featuring a 3-stage H13 filtration system and fitted with a 2mtr heavy-duty suction hose and large switchable magnetic suction hood, the FX200 filters 99.97% of sparks, spatter and dust as well as harmful gases and fumes.

This supports HSE requirements for handling weldable materials, which helps to reduce exposure to hazardous pollutants and improve work area quality.

99.97% FILTRATION OF HAZARDOUS POLLUTANTS USING A 3-STAGE INTERNAL FILTRATION SYSTEM, INCLUDING HIGH EFFICIENCY PARTICULATE AIR (H13) FILTER WHICH CAPTURES PARTICLES DOWN TO 0.3 MICRONS

• STAGE 1: MULTI-LAYER SPARK ARRESTOR: Captures larger particles including sparks and spatter, preventing them from reaching and damaging next-stage filters.
• STAGE 2: PRIMARY FILTER: Filters dust and fumes generated during the welding process to improve work area air quality.
• STAGE 3: HIGH EFFICIENCY PARTICULATE AIR (H13) FILTER: This final stage process filters finer airborne particles down to 0.3 microns, maximising the effectiveness of the filtration process.
  Replacement filters and multi-layer spark arrestor are available. Replacing them will maximise the performance and working life of the machine.
