OPTIMAX TMS300 Semi Automatic Strapping Machine

The Optimax TMS300 Semi-Automatic Strapping Machine is a heavy-duty, portable packaging solution designed to quickly tension, heat-seal, and cut polypropylene strapping around various package sizes

Features:

Enclosed Cabinet Design: Unlike open-frame models, the Optimax TMS300 features a fully enclosed cabinet that protects the strapping reel and internal mechanism from dust, damage, and contamination.
External Tension Control: A knurled wheel on the outside allows for manual tension adjustment between 15kg and 45kg without opening the machine.
Portability: Mounted on sturdy, lockable castors, allowing it to be easily moved between workstations as needed

Specifications:

Speed: Cycle time of approximately 2.5 to 3 seconds per strap.
Strap Compatibility: Accepts polypropylene (PP) machine strapping from 6mm to 16mm wide on 200mm or 280mm cores.
Capacity: Can handle a maximum package weight of 120kg.
Dimensions: Measures 920mm (W) x 595mm (D) x 785mm (H) and weighs approximately 100kg to 104kg.
Power: Operates on a standard 230V/240V single-phase power supply with low consumption (approx. 0.25kW to 0.3kW)
