Caulfield Industrial are happy to accept items returned to us within 28 days of purchase and in this case we offer you an exchange or a full refund once we receive the items and process them in our warehouse. Any returns which fall outside this 28 day time period may be considered on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of Caulfields and may be refunded as a credit against a future purchase. All items must be returned to Caulfields in the same condition in which they were shipped and in a saleable condition. Caulfield Industrial reserves the right to refuse a return if it is determined that the item has been used or worn and then returned for any reason other than being ‘faulty’.

The NorTorque utilizes Norbar's proven mechanism and internal components and incorporates them into a purposeful and attractive torque wrench. In developing NorTorque, Norbar's objective was to deliver outstanding quality and performance in a value for money package. Fine engineering ensures that the wrenching adjustment is both fast and fingertip light meaning that you can do your job more efficiently.

Just eight turns to cover the entire scale
Light and fast adjustment saves operator time and effort
Accurate to ±3 percent of reading which meets the requirements
Convenient hanger feature for tool storage also aids wrench unlocking and adjustment
Push/pull lock is fast and intuitive to use and prevents accidental adjustment of the set torque
Push through ratchets with a narrow engagement angle of 6 degree for working in tight space
Micrometer-scale applying to the primary torque units (N.m on a dual scale wrench) for simple and error-free setting
Each tool is supplied with a traceable calibration certificate
Meets the requirements of ISO 6789-1:2017
