Precision drill bits with a strong heat resistance and wear resistance. For use in drill stand or pillar drills. The HSS Co-Bohrer are available in two qualities. The Topline drill bits for the highest requirements and the standard drill bits for professional use.

• The HSS spiral drill bit cobalt lasts a long time when drilling into stainless steel
• This extended service life is due to the steel alloy containing 5% cobalt and the fully ground HSS (High-Speed Steel), which offers excellent surface quality, wear resistance and heat resistance
• Thanks to two cutting edges and two grooves, chips are removed quickly, increasing the lifetime of the drill bit
• This drill is suitable for alloyed and unalloyed steel, stainless steel, cast iron and acid and heat resistant steel
• The HSS spiral drill bit cobalt is produced according to DIN 338
• The drill is of type N (groove angle) with a point of 135 degrees and a diameter tolerance of h8
• The pointed cleft point provides an active cutting action and perfect centring without slipping
• This drill is suitable for alloyed and unalloyed steel, stainless steel, cast iron and acid and heat resistant steel
• The drill has a cylindrical shank (drill and shank have the same diameter) and is intended for use in drill stands and drilling/screwing machines
