The Einhell PXC+ 18 V 4.0 Ah SEALED battery is part of the multifunctional and infinitely combinable Power X-Change battery system from Einhell. The universally applicable Power X-Change batteries provide power and endurance for all cordless tools across the entire product family in the garden and workshop sectors. The special feature of the SEALED battery? Thanks to its sealed housing, it is jet-water protected and dustproof in accordance with protection class IP57. Thanks to the integrated short-circuit protection via an extra contact on the battery receptacle, the sensor system detects contact with water and switches off the electronics. This ensures that even after complete immersion in water, the dried battery can be used again. The Einhell PLUS technology uses type 21700 lithium-ion cells to deliver the same performance and runtime as the 4.0 Ah basic PXC battery – but with only five cells instead of ten. This results in batteries that are 13% more compact and 12% lighter, enabling more efficient work. In addition, this high-quality battery resists the memory effect and the self-discharge common to batteries to deliver consistent, high power. The high-quality battery is also suitable for TWIN-PACK use in 36 V applications. The process-controlled, active ABS battery management system continuously monitors the battery parameters using its integrated microprocessor. This ensures maximum safety, optimum tool performance, maximum runtime, and maximum service life. The current charge status can be checked via a 3-stage LED indicator. Due to its construction, the housing resists corrosion and mechanical influences. The rubber coating gives the battery high impact protection and a good grip. Thanks to the recessed grip, it can be easily removed from all devices. Delivery does not include a charger. This is available separately.
