Caulfield Industrial  are happy to accept items returned to us within 28 days of purchase and in this case we offer you an exchange or a full refund once we receive the items and process them in our warehouse. Any returns which fall outside this 28 day time period may be considered on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of Caulfields and may be refunded as a credit against a future purchase. All items must be returned to Caulfields in the same condition in which they were shipped and in a saleable condition. Caulfield Industrial reserves the right to refuse a return if it is determined that the item has been used or worn and then returned for any reason other than being ‘faulty’.

For all Li-ion battery packs (except for CXS/TXS)

The TCL 6 rapid charger can charge all battery packs from the 10.8 V, 14.4 V and 18 V voltage classes, whether Li-HighPower Compact battery packs, the handy Ergo packs or all AIRSTREAM variants (with the exception of: BP-XS for CXS/TXS 10.8 V). The LED display provides a complete overview, indicating the current charging progress and the remaining charge time at any time. A further clever detail: The space-saving cord holder around the housing and the simple wall mounting through elongated holes on the rear. And, of course, the TCL 6 rapid charger is also fully covered by Festool Service.
