SWP Superon Supercast NiFe Electrodes 2kg

The Superon Supercast NiFe Electrodes 2kg are graphic basic coated electrodes with a Ferro-Nickel alloy deposit engineered to join and repair nodular cast iron. The homogeneous deposit is highly resistant to cracking and ideal for dissimilar welding of cast iron to steel and construction of cast iron.

Nickel-Iron Composition: The NiFe electrodes contain a high nickel and iron content, which provides strong and durable welds on cast iron. This composition helps minimize the risk of cracking and ensures good machinability of the weld deposit.
Versatile Applications: Ideal for welding cast iron parts such as engine blocks, machine bases, pump housings, and other industrial castings. These electrodes are suitable for both repair and fabrication work.
