Description

SalvisLab glassware washing systems are available in a variety of design such as built-in under sinks or as free standing models with rugged stainless steel top covers. For enhanced cleaning performance, both models are equipped with an automatic regeneration unit for cold and warm water. The washing principle is accomplished by means of one rotary spray arm at the bottom oft he wash chamber and one at the upper basic basket.

Lye Contamination Placing a powerful drain pump at the lowest point of the tank and an associated check valve minimizes he risk of lye contamination.
Drying DC550/900 Following the final rinse, combined room and jet drying carries hot air through the wash chamber and the jet pipe rack. Dust filter protects the intake port. Temperature range is 40°C to 85° C. Heating power 1.4Kw
Tank Heating of SalvisLab Systems 550/900 A flow through heater installed outside the wash chamber guarantees ideal heat transfer during the heating phase while preventing steam generation. The wash chamber bottom is free of any obstruction, thus promoting easy cleaning
