The GCS 18V-230 cutoff saw also features a spring-assisted battery removal system that makes for easy removal of larger 18 V batteries when batteries need to be recharged, or wheels need to be changed

The Bosch GCS 18V-230 cutoff saw is for large commercial, concrete, and demolition contractors, as well as tradespeople working with masonry or stone façades. It is for cutting metal including rebar, pipe, metal studs and metal deck. It also wet cuts concrete in applications like scoring concrete for demolition, cutting cinder block, landscaping bricks and pavers

The Bosch GCS 18V-230 cutting saw features a wrap-around handle for optimum tool balance, 6 guard adjustment positions, an ergonomic on/off trigger with lockout lever, a quick-connect hose adapter connection and a water shutoff valve to control the water supply for wet cutting in concrete. It also has an LED light for worksite illumination and a battery status indicator
