The AP-300 is one of our most comprehensive food thermometers. It features a 12 cm stainless steel probe which is 3 mm diameter. The device is so well suited to the food industry due to its compliance with HACCP food safety regulations because of its high accuracy. The device is so well suited to the food industry not only for its compliance with regulations but its protection rating of IP-54. This protects it against all solid particles except high levels of dust and all water splashing from any angle so long as it isn't projected by a nozzle.
